Easter is early this year and coming up in only four weeks! So today I teamed up with World Market to share a super easy and beautiful table scape. I love a beautiful table and think it makes my dinner that much better, so I always try to make a little effort to make it special and pretty. Here's a few ideas to get your table ready for Easter:

1. Fresh flowers. There's nothing that brightens up a table like a vase (or three!) of fresh flowers. If my table scape is colorful, I keep the flowers neutral, like these white hydrangeas and blush roses. But if my tablescape is more neutral, I love adding a pop of color with some bright blooms. Also, if I'm not in the mood or running out of time to bake something, store bought cupcakes are instantly prettier and personalized if you stick some fresh flowers in them.

2. Make it your own with a DIY project. I love adding something handmade to my table because it makes it unique and puts a little personal stamp on it. When I was coming up with ideas for
my Easter table, I wanted something springy and fresh, but not overly pastel or Easter. I've been crazy about gingham this spring, so I had the idea to paint some white placemats with a simple gingham pattern. I'm sharing the easy DIY below!

3. Try some fresh fruit. Especially for spring, fresh fruit is so beautiful and colorful and instantly adds life to your table. I chose lemons because I love a yellow and blue color combo.

4. Ground it with earthy tones. A colorful or bright white table scape can be so gorgeous, but adding some earthy neutrals really helps the colors or whites pop, and adds depth. I added some with these darling bunny napkin rings and nests (they also have these cute ones for slightly cheaper!) from World Market. The eggs are (I think) from pottery barn last year, but I also think Jordan Almonds would be so cute inside the nests!
